This video demonstrates a 10 count drill in Filipino Martial Arts. This drill is based off of another 4 count drill; It uses a stick or edged weapon. The first 4 strikes are straight and go for the temple or knee.

Next, comes circular strikes (counts 5-8). Counts 9-10 are considered close quarter combat. In this count, you take your safety hand and incorporate it into pairing and angle one that is directed at their temple. The last count should be able to lead back into the first count to ensure continues motion in able to train for a long period of time.
