When someone swears into the military to protect their country they usually go away for six weeks or more of hard core basic training. This basic training tests your mental and physically capability. The hardest branch of the military in my opinion is the Navy Seals. The seals go through more strenuous basic training than all of the other branches. The two SEALs in the video are describing what it was like to participate in the combative training.
